Strategy

  • Develop a TILLING population
  • Select/isolate the gene of interest (direct or orthologous)
  • Identify SNP
  • Screen the mutants with specific strategy

  • Blast against methylated (TGI) sequences
    • 7 selected genes
    • Blastn against TGI [singlet and contig]
    • Results withTGI singlets
