Strategy

• Develop a TILLING population
• Select/isolate the gene of interest (direct or orthologous)
• Identify SNP
• Screen the mutants with specific strategy

The remaining genes, it is better to design primers on the mapped region of Tobacco to pull out the region in Tobacco
