Strategy

Develop a TILLING population
Select/isolate the gene of interest (direct or orthologous)
Identify SNP
Screen the mutants with specific strategy

Conformation of Selected Genes

Blast against methylated (TGI) sequences
- 7 selected genes
- Blastn against TGI [singlet and contig]
- Results withTGI singlets
