TILLING is to identify the mutants with trait of interest.
Strategy
- Develop a TILLING population
- Select/isolate the gene of interest (direct or orthologous)
- Identify SNP
- Screen the mutants with specific strategy
Conformation of Selected Genes
- Blast against methylated (TGI) sequences
- 7 selected genes
- Blastn against TGI []
