Bioinformatics

  1. New visual web based analytical tools such as Gendrome, Golyzer, Assaylyzer as a genome suite have been developed and deployed to users for minimising the operational complexity, which would potentially impact PSPD, ILTD, Food and PCB businesses.
  2. A total of more than 0.25 million genomic variable regions have been identified across potential Tobacco genotypes to precisely breed for yield and quality traits.
