- BEC - types: CEO fraud; Lawyer fraud; HR data theft; false invoice
- BEC attack: Slow down & verify;
Social engineering
- Attack Usually Large amount of data
- They reach by phishing (usually) - download a file or link
- Spear-phishing (target one specific person); Tailgating - Physical entry
- Critical thinking; Slow down; comfortable to say NO; follow the SOPs
Mobile
- Fake apps / fake messages / text message attachments
- Trusted sources are important
- Physical security - always attentive to mobile presence
- Encrypt the device
