I could not connect to mycloud.com/hello. The system does not detect the NAS (16TB) in network.

Trying through the IP, get the prompt in the browser as, {“key”:“notFound”,“message”:“Not Found”}

Windows Explorer mounts the NAS as //IP/public/ but I need to access the dashboard.

Please help. It is a new 16GB NAS
