Proposed Business Need of PSPD from the BioMass Model and its expected Input and outputs aspects
To estimate the wood volume for the plantation plots so that we can recommend good management practices for improving the yields
We can also study  the farmer practices for high yield plantation plots thereby extend those practices to other plots
Input will the mobile based tree trunk / stem field photos around 5-100 for each plantation plot
Output is estimated GBH for each tree trunk photo uploaded and followed total plot area wood estimation based on pre-defined formulas
Details of Model - Accuracy & Performance need
Accuracy expected is 80-85% and able to perform in near real time when one TFA uploads around 200 mobile pictures on a given day.
Support Plan with Model maintenance & enhancements (Run-Support/Bug/CR)
I3L has to identify required cloud engineer who can provide the run time support, bug fixing and scale up.
Any roadmap for future Model upgrade
As of now, we don’t have any model upgrade plans
